 By engaging with us, you agree to the following terms.
 

1. Scope of Services
 

We act as an education consultant to guide students in securing admission to institutions in Pakistan and abroad. We do not guarantee university admission or visa issuance.

2. Payments and Fees
 

All payments must be made as per agreed schedules. Consultancy fees are non‑refundable once services have begun.

3. Client Obligations
 

Clients must provide accurate information and necessary documents for applications. Any misrepresentation may result in termination of services without refund.

4. Limitation of Liability
 

Desiremore Consultant will not be liable for losses resulting from university or embassy decisions, delays, or third‑party actions beyond our control.

5. Governing Law
 

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Islamabad courts.

 7. Indemnity Clause
 
 
Clients agree to indemnify and hold Desiremore Consultant harmless from any claims arising due to misinformation or misuse of provided documents.

Both parties shall treat all shared documents and discussions as confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

9. Modification of Terms
 
 
The company reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

10. Termination of Services
 
 
Desiremore Consultant may terminate any service contract if the client engages in fraudulent, unethical, or illegal activities.

11. Complaint Resolution Mechanism
 
 
Clients may submit written complaints to the management; all complaints will be reviewed and responded to within 10 working days.
