1. Non‑Refundable Services
All consultancy and processing fees are generally non‑refundable once the application process has begun, as our team invests time, expertise, and administrative resources immediately after engagement.
2. Refund Exceptions
Partial refunds may be considered only if a written cancellation request is submitted before document submission to the university or visa authority. Approval of any refund will be at the company’s discretion.
3. Application Rejection
Desiremore Consultant is not responsible for university or visa rejections. Fees paid for application or consultation are not refundable in such cases.
4. Contact for Refund Requests
All refund inquiries must be sent in writing to desiremore537@gmail.com or delivered to our office address.
5. Administrative Fee Deduction
A standard administrative deduction (e.g., 10–20%) may apply to any approved refund to cover processing expenses.
6. Non-Transferable Fees
Payments made for consultancy or admission services cannot be transferred to another client or service category.
7. Dispute Handling Procedure
Any refund dispute will first be reviewed by the company’s management before escalation to an external authority.
8. Client Inaction Clause
Failure by the client to respond to communication or provide documents within a reasonable time may result in service termination without refund.
9. Record Retention
All refund requests and related documents will be retained for audit purposes for at least 12 months from the date of resolution.
